What shall I do if my item arrives faulty?
In the rare instance that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support via email sales@ukbathroomwarehouse.com, our live chat function or by phone 020 8090 3449, within 48 hours of receiving the item and we'll be more than happy to help you.
It's not within our ethos to deliver defective items, we'll collect the item at no cost to you and offer either a replacement or a refund as you desire.
